Nets are looking for service consultants to their Nordic Retention Team!
Nets is looking for skilled sales/customer representatives to their Nordic Retention department. You will primarily handle customers who call to terminate their agreements with Nets on Payment Terminals, International Acquirer Agreement and Dankort.
The customers you will be working with are based in Norway, Finland or Sweden. You must therefore speak one of these three languages.
Your primary tasks will consist of:
• Answering calls from customers who wishes to terminate their agreement with NETS/TELLER and retaining the customers.
• Expanding the existing accounts.
• Contacting existing customers.
• Building customer relations.

• Has a sales profile and loves to work with sales.

• Has strong communication skills and speaks and writes one or more of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Finnish or Norwegian).
• Are known as a great listener and are great at building customer relations in purpose of the retention.
• Are able to perform under pressure and keep a cool mind.
