Finnish speaking Contact Center Associate to Garmin Nordics Copenhagen

Garmin is looking for a Finnish speaking customer service representative to join their Nordic family in Allerød. Start up is as soon as possible.

As a Nordic Contact Center Associate you will be the first point of contact at Garmin Nordics and hereby must provide high-quality service to Finnish customers in the following areas: Car navigation, sports & fitness and outdoor. Your job is to ensure a variety of tasks within the organization:

• Manage support related questions from Garmin Nordics customers received through the different contact points (phone and e-mail and in the future also chat).
• Ensure every contact are managed with a high sense of customer service, focus on efficiency and in a timely matter always trying to achieve excellence in facilitating from receive to point of end, and by doing so enabling Garmin as the preferred manufacture.
• Perform high-end guidance in Garmin products for end users.

Your everyday at Garmin will be busy, and you will have a great amount of responsibility. We expect that you can work independently and prioritize your own time. What do we expect from you?

We are looking for someone with experience in customer service who can ensure, that all the customers are met with high quality service and that you can remain efficient from start to end.
It is required that you are fluent in Finnish and English and that your communicative skills are precise. Also, we would like you to have a basic knowledge of electronics, since you will advise customers within a wide range of technical products.

Moreover, we are looking for someone who does not have any plans during Christmas, but instead would like to work and be part of an inspiring team with a common responsibility to deliver high quality customer service.

Practical information:

Garmin is looking for 1 full time employee who can start on the 1st of September 2019 or as soon as possible and work until August 2020. You will be hired as a temporary worker by StudentConsulting with the possibility of being hired by Garmin afterwards. The Contact Center is open from 07.00-18.00 Monday-Friday, but you can expect to work between 08.00-16.00.

Recruitment process:

Initial interviews will be held continuously at StudentConsulting. If you proceed in the process, you will attend a second interview at Garmin. Here, your English language skills will be tested, and we will contact references and ask for a copy of your criminal record.
