Finnish-speaking Customer Service Advisor

On behalf of our customer, we are now looking for a Customer Service Advisor. You need to be fluent in Finnish and be familiar with customer contact. It’s also a big advantage if you have some administrative experience so you quickly can understand the system.

Your task will be to deliver good support and service to the customers about the best diabetes health care products on the market – the company is the leading in the diabetes health care industry. You will be answering questions about the function of the products, handlings orders, and taking care of enquires through phone and by email.
