Planday is looking for a French speaking Customer Activation Consultant

As a Customer Activation Consultant your primary tasks will be:

- Help new customers getting started with Planday
- Provide ongoing education and support to existing customers in the system via online customer meetings
- Establish and maintain a great relationship with the customers
- Maintain and update system data
- Answer telephone calls, e-mails and online chats regarding product support, product inquiries and the like
- Ongoing updates on customer data in Planday´s CRM-systems
- Have a close dialogue with the rest of the Planday team and express drive, flexibility and a good sense of humor

As Planday´s Customer Activation Consultant you:

- Speak French fluently, and you are able to communicate in English at a daily level
- Have IT-skills or flair for IT
- Are service minded and structured
- Have experience working in a high-paced environment
- Are able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
