Finnish speaking Supply Chain Specialist to L’Oréal in Copenhagen

As a Customer Supply Chain Specialist, your role is to manage the order-to-cash process for assigned customers in the Nordic market. You are coordinating all the activities from the order collection to the customer invoicing taking into consideration customer specific needs and ensuring that the communication flows are well established externally and internally.

Key Job Accountabilities
• Manage order processing and invoicing for your customers
• Have overall responsibility of communication with your assigned customers, as well as internal stakeholders on customer specific matters
• Manage the customer claims, returns and credit note process
• Manage the customer relationship in a proactive way
• Do customer specific reporting and analysis
• Work on continuous improvement of existing processes in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.

Your profile:
• You understand Supply Chain processes, specifically the Order to Cash process
• You have a continuous improvement mindset, and take initiative to drive improvements
• You work proactively, catching and reducing potential issues before they happen
• You have strong communication skills
• You have strong technical skills within IT and especially Excel
• SAP knowledge is a big advantage, but not a must
• You can plan and prioritize your own work efficiently, taking into account important deadlines and service standards
• You are fluent in Finnish and English. Speaking more than one Nordic language is an advantage.

Practical information:
You will work 37 hours per week and the working hours will be placed from Monday to Friday between 8 am to 5 pm. The phone lines are open between 9 am to 3 pm.

You will be employed by StudentConsulting in a temporary position (12 months) but for the right candidate the period might be prolonged, or you could be directly employed at L’Oréal.
