YOU HAVE BUSINESS ACUMEN AND AN INTEREST IN REAL ESTATE
Since organizational awareness is important in this role it would be an advantage if you have professional experience from a large organization and/or similar type of industry. We imagine that you can build a useful network of contacts and relationships across our business. Furthermore you:
• Are enrolled in a relevant education, e.g. BA/MSc Program in Economics and Business Administration.
• Communicate in a precise, clear and structured way and are fluent in English.
• Have knowledge of valuation models and metrics.

Salary: Hourly salary based on qualifications
You will be employed directly at Pelican in a permanent position of around 16 hours per week.
You will mainly work from our head office in Vesterbro, but also travel to our sites in Sweden and Finland as well as our different sites in the Copenhagen area.
