About the job

We are looking for a Software Developer on behalf of a leading IT company. They are currently expanding their development team, and is looking for junior developers for coding, deployment, and operations. User dialogue, design phases, and ongoing communication with relevant stakeholders will be a natural part of your job. You will be trusted with trust and freedom to find solutions based on your professional decisions.

The job is a fulltime position based in Århus. The position is a try’n’hire with a 6 mont’s trial followed by a permanent contract. This is the perfect stepping stone for newly graduates, but anyone can apply.

Responsibilities:
• Design and build mission-critical solutions that our traders rely on
• Take ownership of your own projects while pairing with mentors
• Work with modern technologies avoiding the burden of maintaining legacy code
• Learn from and share your knowledge with your colleague engineers

Some technologies we use
• F# (.NET, ASP.NET) – as the main platform
• Python / TypeScript – when it fits a task better
• Docker / Kubernetes – to make the deployment experience seamless

Qualifications
• Probably have a relevant degree, e.g. in computer science, engineering, or similar. You can also apply without a degree, if you're driven and passionate about IT and development!
• Have experience and something to show, or are willing to do a minor assignment, with one or more of the following: F#, C#, Functional programming, JavaScript, Node.js, and SQL

Practical information

The position is 37 h within normal office opening hours. There will be a high level of flexibility to influence your working hours.
Your salary will depend on your qualifications.
Depending on your situation, the start date can be flexible.
