Elgiganten Copenhagen seeks full time Finnish speaking Technical Advisors

As a part of the technical helpdesk you will help Finnish customers who are having problems with their electronic devices. Your job will be to provide excellent customer support and take care of their problems from beginning to end.

The good supporter is:
- Effective and precise when communicating with customers
- Independent and solution oriented
- Detail oriented and capable of handling complex problems
- Stable and punctual
- Fluent in Finnish and English

It is an advantage if you have worked in a similar support function before, but it’s not a requirement. Elgiganten believes that a good start and thorough training is a crucial part of a successful cooperation, which is why your employment will start with 2 weeks of full time training.

Lön21500 DKK pr. month + bonus
