Assignments
The tasks primarily consist of giving Nelly.com’s finnish speaking customers the best possible service by answering mails. Other administrative tasks can also be part of the job, but the primarily task is providing customer service by finding the best solution for each costumer.

It is an advantage if you have experience with customer service, but most important is that you love to help customers and are service minded. In addition you must:
- Speak and write fluently Finnish
- Are used at working with MS office
- Are interested in fashion
- Are openminded and social
- Are self-motivating and good at taking responsibility for you own work


The Employment
You are hired in a one-year employment through StudentConsulting, with good possibilities for a prolongation of your employment.

Your workplace will be in Copenhagen, where you will work with the Danish Nelly.com team, and we offer a salary of 128,4 kr/hour. (Fritvalg incl.).

The position is 37.5 hours per week and the working hours will be places in the time period from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
