Finnish-speaking Customer Service Agent for the healthcare industry

On behalf of our customer, we are now looking for a Customer Service Advisor. You need to be fluent in Finnish and be familiar with customer contact. It’s also a big advantage if you have some administrative experience, so you quickly can understand the system.

Your task is to deliver good support and service to the customers about the best diabetes healthcare products on the market. You will be answering questions about the function of the products, handlings orders, and taking care of enquires through phone and by email. Overall, you will be dealing with exciting cases within an industry in constant development!

The working hours are monday to friday from 07:00-15:00. Our customer offer a basic salary health insurance and a great pension scheme.
