We are currently looking for a Norwegian-speaking Customer Supply Chain Support to join L'Oréal's Dermatological division (LDB) and Professional Products division (PPD) in Copenhagen, starting on January 3, 2024.

About the position:
As a Customer Supply Chain Support, you will be a part of L’Oréal Dermatological division (LDB) and Professional Products division (PPD), and your primary task will involve coordinating with major Norwegian companies and following the process from when the customer places an order to final invoicing.

Your overall responsibilities will include:
• Managing communication with your customers.
• Proactively managing customer relationships.
• Handling customer demands and the credit note process.
• Internal and external communication regarding specific customer issues.
• Customer-focused reporting and other tasks.
• Building and ensuring communication and collaboration within logistics.
• Proposing and implementing initiatives to enhance customer service and efficiency in handling related tasks.

Detta söker vi:

You will thrive in this role if you enjoy an outgoing role and possess strong communication skills. Experience in customer service, preferably in the beauty industry or a strong interest in the field, is advantageous. In addition, you should meet the following criteria:

• You must be fluent in Norwegian and have professional proficiency in English.
• You have experience with Excel.
• Experience with SAP is a plus but not a requirement.

As a person, you are helpful, reliable, and work well in a team. You can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, embrace work-related challenges, and are not afraid to ask questions.

Practical information:
You will work 37 hours per week, from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00. The phone lines are open for Norwegian customers from 09:00 to 15:00.

You will be employed through StudentConsulting in a temporary position starting on January 3, 2024, and lasting for three months. For the right candidate, there is the possibility of extension or permanent employment afterward.
