On behalf of our customer, L’Oréal, we are looking for a swedish-speaking Key Account Relationship Specialist to join L’Oréal’s Operations department in Havneholmen as soon as possible.

As a Key Account Relationship Specialist, your role is to manage the order-to-cash process for assigned customers in the Swedish Market. You are coordinating all the activities from the order collection to the customer invoicing taking into consideration customer specific needs and ensuring that the communication flows are well established externally and internally.

Your key job accountabilities
• Overall responsibility of the communication with your assigned customers
• Managing the customer relationship in a proactive way
• Order processing and invoicing
• Managing customer claim and credit note process
• Internal and external communication about customer specific issues
• Customer specific reporting and other tasks
• Build and ensure structural communication and collaboration within logistics, sales and other internal stakeholders
• Propose and implement actions to improve the service provided to the customers and efficiency of work within the customer service

Your profile:

• You have the ability to plan and prioritize own work efficiently taking into account deadlines and service standards
• You understand Supply Chain processes and specifically the order to cash process
• You have experience from working proactively, using own initiative and results orientated focus on outcomes and drive actions
• You are good in building good relationships and work efficiently with customers and internal stakeholders
• You have strong communication skills
• You understand IT and SAP skills are highly appreciated but not a must
• You are fluent in Swedish and English. Second Nordic language is an advantage but not a must.

Practical information:
You will work 37 hours per week and the working hours will be placed from Monday to Friday between 8 am to 5 pm. The phone lines are open between 9 am to 3 pm.

You will be employed by StudentConsulting in a temporary position untill October 2022 but for the right candidate the period might be prolonged, or you could be directly employed at L’Oréal.
