Here are some common questions and answers about the application process. Please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Service team if you have any other questions!

How is my job application progressing?

When you are logged in, you can see the status to your job application. You can find out how far we have come in the recruitment phase under “Applications” on your profile. Here you see if we are still accepting applications, if we have started the selection process, or if the position has been filled.

Is it only students who are eligible to apply for a job with you?

No. We offer jobs for students, academics, and those with professional qualifications. Anyone who is interested in applying for a job with us is welcome to register their CV. However, if post states i that we are looking for a student, the applicant must be studying at an educational institution in order to be considered for the position.

Is it possible for me to speak with the recruiter responsible for the positions I have applied for?

In the interests of efficiency, our recruiters do not take telephone calls regarding postings. The information contained in the posting is all the information that we can release during the initial stage of the recruitment process. If you are a potential candidate with the necessary qualification for a particular position, a recruiter will contact you to provide additional information about the position and to give you the chance to ask any questions.

Forgotten your password?

Select “Log in” at the top of the home page. Under the login box you will see a link saying “Forgot password”. Click on this link. Enter your e-mail address and click on “Submit”, and we will send you a link to reset your password.

I have requested a new password but haven´t received an e-mail with the new password

Check that our e-mail hasn´t ended up in your junk folder.

Can I apply for a job by e-mail?

To apply for a job, you need to register at We are unable to accept any applications by e-mail. Register your CV and personal letter here. Then look up the job you are interested in and click on "Apply job".

How do I unregister and remove my registration from StudentConsulting?

Log into your profile. In the bottom left corner of your profile is a“Unregister my profile” link.

Please note that this link will not appear for consultants. If you are a consultant and are no longer looking for a new job, you can deactivate yourself as a job seeker.
