Here we list some common questions and answers for you as a jobseeker. Please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Service if other questions arise!

How is my job application progressing?

When logged in, you can see what is happening to your job application and its status. How far we have come in the recruitment phase can be found under “Applications” on your profile. There you will find information if we are still accepting applications, if we have started with the selection process, or if the job has been filled.

Is it only students who are eligible to apply for a job with you?

No, we offer jobs for students, academics and those with a vocational training. Anyone who is interested in applying for a job with us is welcome to register their CV. However, if it is stated in the posting that we are looking for a student for the position, the applicant must be studying at an educational institution in order to be considered for the position.

Is it possible for me to speak with the recruiter responsible for the positions I have applied for?

In order for the recruitment process to be as effective as possible, our recruiters do not take telephone calls regarding postings. The information contained in the posting is all the information that we can release in the first stage of the recruitment process. If you are a potential candidate with the sought after qualification for a particular position, a recruiter will contact you and you will receive additional information about the position and the chance to ask any questions.

Forgot your password?

Select “Log in” at the top of the home page. Under the login box, click on the link that says “Forgot password”. Fill in your e-mail address and click on “Send” and we will send you a link so you can choose a new password.

I have requested a new password but have not received an e-mail with the new password?

Check that a spam filter has not sent our e-mail to you to Spam.

Can I apply for a job by e-mail?

We are unable to receive any applications by e-mail. To submit a job application, you will need to register at and upload your CV and personal letter. When the registration is done you can apply for jobs by clicking ”apply” at the job ad.

How do I unregister and remove my registration from StudentConsulting?

Log into your profile. At the bottom left of your profile is the link “Unregister my profile”.

Please note that this link will not appear for those of you who are a consultant. If you are a consultant and are no longer looking for a new job, you can inactivate yourself as a job seeker.
