Garmin is currently looking for a Nordic Warehouse & Logistics Administrator for their headquarters in Allerød. You will become a vital part of the operations team, taking on a broad role with responsibilities that include carrier communication, warehouse optimization, and data analysis. The position is both operational and analytical, and you will help ensure that logistics run efficiently and that goods are correctly placed and delivered on time.

About the position

As the Nordic Warehouse & Logistics Administrator, your primary task will be to ensure efficient warehouse and logistics operations across the Nordic region. You will have daily contact with carriers and participate in monthly meetings focused on performance and quality.

Additionally, you will be responsible for data analysis related to invoicing, warehouse placement, and transport efficiency – with the goal of optimizing workflows, minimizing errors, and contributing to a great customer experience.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Daily contact with carriers and handling of transport data and discrepancies
• Conducting monthly reviews and KPI follow-ups on transport services
• Invoice reconciliation and accounting data verification
• Analysis and optimization of warehouse placement based on consumption data
• Extraction and analysis of data from ERP/WMS systems – for instance, for warehouse relocations, performance tracking, and error correction
• Creating and maintaining SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Preparing and following up on warehouse relocation to a new site
• Ad hoc tasks related to warehouse, logistics, and supply chain projects

We are looking for:

We are looking for someone who combines strong IT skills with sharp analytical thinking – and who thrives when taking ownership, asking questions, and independently driving tasks to completion.

You should have a natural interest in data and be confident working in Excel. You are curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions.

In addition, we expect that you:

• Have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel – e.g., pivot tables and complex formulas
• Are interested in (or have experience with) tools like Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar
• Possess strong general data literacy and can analyze and communicate insights clearly
• Have experience with or an interest in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Work in a structured, detail-oriented manner and can take responsibility for administrative tasks
• Are a strong communicator and able to collaborate with colleagues, carriers, and external partners
• Enjoy a role where you both analyze data, ensure daily operations, and contribute to continuous improvements
