Kitchen Assistant Wanted for Imerco's Canteen in Herlev over the summer

Do you have experience working in a kitchen, canteen or restaurent and are you looking for a summer job? We are looking for an independent and service-minded summer substitute to join the canteen team at Imerco in Herlev from weeks 27-31

You will play an important role in the daily operation of the canteen, helping to ensure that employees have a positive dining experience every day. You will receive a thorough introduction to the tasks, but previous experience from a kitchen, canteen, or similar environment is preferred.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Preparing and serving breakfast and lunch
• Assisting with light food preparation
• Washing dishes, both manually and using a dishwasher
• Cleaning and tidying the kitchen and canteen areas
• Refilling supplies and maintaining the canteen throughout the day
• Ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

We are looking for

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in a kitchen, canteen, or similar setting
• Can work independently and take responsibility for daily tasks
• Is reliable, flexible, and service-oriented
• Speaks and understands either Danish or English
• Has a strong focus on cleanliness, hygiene, and quality

We offer:

• Employment from June 29 to July 31, 2026 (Weeks 27–31)
• 27–30 working hours per week
• Hourly wage of DKK 142.17 plus 10% flexible benefits contribution
• A friendly and supportive working environment
• Full introduction and training in the role
