Temporary Position, Assist Garmin with Their Warehouse Move!

Would you like to help Garmin move their warehouse from Allerød to Ballerup?

We are currently looking for temporary workers, both with and without forklift licenses, for a short-term project where you’ll play an important role on the moving team, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to Garmin’s new location.

About the job
This is a temporary position lasting approximately three weeks, where you’ll assist with packing, moving, and setting up goods as Garmin relocates to their new site in Ballerup. The job involves a lot of walking and physical activity throughout the day, so it’s important that you’re energetic, motivated, and ready to work hard.
You’ll start at the warehouse in Allerød, and after a few days, the work will gradually move to Ballerup as the relocation progresses.

If you have a forklift license, that will be part of your tasks, but please note that much of the work will still be manual.

Your tasks will include:
• Scanning goods to register products, both when packing and unpacking.
• Packing items into boxes.
• Scanning goods before placing them back on the shelves.
• Stacking boxes and placing them on the correct shelves in the warehouse.

We are looking for:

• Preferably holds a forklift certificate and has relevant experience.
• Has energy and a positive attitude, ready to lend a hand during a busy but exciting period.
• Is reliable, shows initiative, and learns quickly.
• Can communicate in Danish or English.
• Works carefully and in a structured way.

Practical information
The job starts in Allerød on Monday, November 24, with working hours from 8:00 to 16:00. It’s a short but intensive period, so some weekend work will be required. You’ll have one day off per week during the assignment. The position lasts about three weeks, and the hourly wage is DKK 141.70 (including holiday and optional pay).
It’s important that you’re able to work in both Allerød and Ballerup during the period.
