Become a Project Coordinator at one of the Nordics’ largest beauty events!

Do you have a natural sense of structure, take ownership, and feel motivated by bringing projects to life?

Then this is your chance to become part of an ambitious Nordic event for Kérastase. We are looking for a proactive and structured Project Coordinator who will help build and drive a major event from the ground up, in close collaboration with both internal colleagues and an external event agency.

About the role

You will play a central role in the planning and execution of a large-scale physical event, with the ambition of becoming one of the biggest in the Nordics. The role requires you to create structure, ensure progress, and maintain an overview in a project where not everything is defined from the start.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and establishing an overall project plan
• Driving the project forward and ensuring deadlines are met
• Coordinating daily tasks and communication
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and an external event agency
• Taking ownership and following up on tasks

About you

We expect that you:

• Have 1–2 years of relevant experience in event management, marketing, branding, FMCG, or project management
• Work independently and take initiative
• Are structured and able to maintain a clear overview
• Are a strong communicator and confident in following up with colleagues
• Are outgoing, positive, and a team player
• Are curious and motivated by a steep learning curve
• Speak and write English fluently

Practical details

• Project period: May – September
• Flexible working hours (not full-time throughout the entire period)
• Lower workload in May and June
• Higher workload in July and August leading up to the event
• Location: Copenhagen
• You will report to the Nordic Product Brand Manager
