Build strong customer relationships at L’Oréal

Do you thrive on customer relationships, structure, and international collaboration? Join L’Oréal and take on a key role in a global organisation.

Apply

We are currently looking for three Key Account Relationship Specialists to join L’Oréal in Copenhagen. You will become part of an international team where you will be responsible for your own customers and play a key role in ensuring an efficient and professional customer experience.

The position is a temporary assignment through StudentConsulting for 6–9 months, with the possibility of extension.

About the role

As a Key Account Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for the full order-to-cash process for your assigned customers – from order placement to delivery and invoicing. You will have a broad range of stakeholders and act as an important link between customers, sales, logistics, and internal teams.

You will have the opportunity to combine customer relations, coordination, and process optimisation in a role where structure and strong relationships are key to success.

Your primary responsibilities

  • Manage daily communication and relationships with your assigned customers
  • Handle order processing and ensure accurate invoicing
  • Follow up on customer cases, claims, and credit notes
  • Coordinate between customers, sales, logistics, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure an efficient flow throughout the entire order-to-cash process
  • Prepare customer-specific reporting and handle other related administrative tasks

We are looking for

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role with many stakeholder touchpoints and who can create structure in complex processes. You are motivated by taking ownership and ensuring that both customers and internal stakeholders receive the best possible experience.

We imagine that you:

  • Have experience within customer service, coordination, administration, or supply chain
  • Understand the importance of efficient processes – preferably with knowledge of the order-to-cash flow
  • Work proactively and take ownership of your tasks
  • Are structured, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise effectively
  • Have strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  • Have strong IT skills – experience with SAP is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Speak fluent Danish, Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian and have professional English skills

Practical information

  • Location: Copenhagen
  • Working hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • Salary: Fixed base salary + pension
