French-speaking Customer Service Agent for Unisport

We are now looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Agent who can help take our customer experience to the next level. Whether your motivation comes from customer service, football, or sports in general, we would love to welcome you to our team.


Your Responsibilities:
• Connect with customers via email, phone, and live chat
• Translate product descriptions, blogs, newsletters, etc.
• AI and automation tools (e.g., chatbots)

We are looking for:

It is not a requirement that you have previously worked in customer service, but you must be willing to learn.
• Fluent in written and spoken French
• Confident computer skills
• Interest in football and good knowledge of football equipment (not a requirement but an advantage)

Practical Information:
Working hours are Monday 08:00-17:00, Tuesday-Thursday 09:00-17:00, and Friday 09:00-15:30. This is a full-time position of 37 hours, and you will be employed directly by Unisport in a permanent position.

You will be offered a monthly salary based on your qualifications.
