We are currently seeking a German & English-speaking internal sales assistant for Louis Poulsen. Louis Poulsen was founded in 1874 and is a Danish lighting manufacturer born out of the Scandinavian design tradition where form follows function. Their products are designed to harmonize with natural light, emphasizing every detail with purpose. Collaborating closely with renowned designers like Poul Henningsen, Arne Jacobsen, Verner Panton, Øivind Slaatto, Alfred Homann, Oki Sato and Louise Campbell, they’ve become a leading global provider of architectural and decorative lighting.

About the position
You will become part of a dynamic customer service team in an iconic Danish design company and become the daily contact person for the consultants and many customers regarding counselling, deliveries, price inquiries and general support.

Your tasks will have a wide range, but the primary focus will be customer contact. The main areas of responsibility will be:
- Daily order processing and follow-up
- Delivery conditions
- Shipping
- Coordination
- Submission of tender
- Price Inquiries
- Ad hoc tasks

We are looking for:

To succeed in the role, it is important that you thrive in a busy work environment and have a strong ability to prioritize your working efforts. You also excel in adapting to new environments and are a quick learner. Furthermore, you should be able to see yourself in the following:
- You have the ability to understand technical information.
- It is an advantage if you have experience in customer service and customer contact.
- You have strong language skills; German is your mother tongue, you are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Danish is an advantage.

Salary: based on qualifications
Working hours: weekdays from 8-16
Location: Copenhagen
