On behalf of L'Oréal, we are looking for a Nordic Subcontracting Planner to join the Nordic Operations team in Copenhagen on a temporary basis. 

This is a key operational role supporting the Nordic display production and helping ensure that purchasing, stock administration, and daily logistics processes run smoothly. 

The role 

As Nordic Subcontracting Planner, you will be responsible for the purchasing and stock administration of PLV used across the Nordic markets. 

You will work closely with colleagues across Operations and Supply Chain and play an important role in maintaining accurate stock data and ensuring that purchase orders and deliveries are handled efficiently. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Maintaining PLV stock records across the SAP system, including goods receipts  
  • Processing inbound and outbound on Purchase orders efficiently and in line with agreed timelines 
  • Performing daily stock management routines, calculating and challenging daily, monthly and yearly KPI’s 
  • Assisting with day-to-day operational tasks 

We are looking for

We are looking for someone who is structured, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment. Ideally, you have: 

  • Previous experience within procurement planning, purchasing, or supply chain. 
  • Experience working with purchase orders, sales orders, or goods-in/goods-out processes. 
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data. 
  • Experience with SAP; knowledge of SAP APO is an advantage. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. 
  • A proactive mindset and a natural willingness to take ownership of your responsibilities.
