Part-Time Job at the Nordics’ Largest Online Football Retailer

On behalf of Unisport, we are looking for an energetic and approachable team player to join their Country Team in Copenhagen. You will work 10–15 hours per week, split between one weekday and every other weekend, making it easy to combine the job with studies or other activities. At the same time, you will become part of an international and energetic team where customer service, teamwork and a great atmosphere are at the heart of what they do.

Since 2012, Unisport has launched webshops in Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, Finland, France, Germany, Austria, Poland and Italy, as well as their international webshop, Unisportstore.com.

In addition to their flagship store in Copenhagen, they have opened physical stores in Paris, Oslo, Stockholm and Munich – with even more exciting things on the way. You will become part of a company with global ambitions and strong local roots.

About the role

You will become part of their Country Team, acting as a link between customers and Unisport and helping to deliver a first-class customer experience. Together with your colleagues, you will handle customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat.

We are looking for someone who thrives on customer contact, responsibility and plenty of energy. You do not need many years of experience – what matters most is your attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.

• You speak fluent Norwegian and English. Another Nordic language is a definite plus.
• Experience in customer service is preferred but not required. What matters is that you have the right profile and motivation.
• You are energetic, approachable and eager to contribute positively to the team.
• You are passionate about great customer service and good at listening to customers and understanding their needs.
• You do not need to be a football fanatic. What matters is that you are curious and eager to learn – we will provide you with the product knowledge you need.
• You are structured, responsible and enjoy being part of a team.

Practical information

• Start date: As soon as possible
• Working hours: 10–15 hours per week
• Shifts: One weekday per week, approx. 7–8 hours + every other weekend
• Location: Sydhavn – but from 1 November, the team will move to a new location in Ørestad
