Project Assistant – Office Transformation & Asset Audit

L'Oréal Nordic, are currently managing two major office transformation projects across Denmark and Norway. As part of these high-impact initiatives, we are looking for a Project Assistant to support our teams on-site and ensure operational excellence throughout the process.

About the Position 

As Project Assistant, you will play a central role in supporting office transformation activities in Copenhagen and Oslo. The role combines operational coordination, asset auditing, stakeholder management, and technical mapping. 

This is not a traditional desk-based role. You will spend a significant amount of time on-site, working closely with different departments and ensuring that all assets, furniture, and technical installations are accurately documented and aligned with company standards. 

The position offers a high level of responsibility and independence in a dynamic project environment. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct physical audits of furniture and office equipment in Denmark and Norway 
  • Create and maintain a detailed Master Inventory in Excel 
  • Document assets including type, quantity, condition, location, and purchasing information 
  • Capture and organize visual documentation of furniture and equipment 
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Finance, Sustainability, Tax, Internal Control, Facility & EHS 
  • Support technical office mapping including CCTV locations, security nodes, data points, and furniture placement 
  • Assist with operational and ad hoc project-related tasks 
  • Support sustainability reporting and LEED certification activities if time allows 

We are looking for

To succeed in this role, you should enjoy working in an operational environment where flexibility, ownership, and attention to detail are essential. You are proactive, structured, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously. 

Qualifications: 

  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken 
  • Danish or Norwegian is considered a strong advantage 
  • Experience with administrative coordination, project support, auditing, or inventory management is preferred 
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence handling large datasets 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • Ability to work independently and maintain structure in a fast-paced environment 
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility 
  • Hands-on attitude and willingness to work actively on-site 

Practical Information 

Start date: As soon as possible 

Duration: Fixed-term contract (1.5–2 months) 

Location: Copenhagen & Oslo (travel between sites may be required)
