Visual Merchandiser for L’Oréals Professional Products Division, Nordics

On behalf of L’Oréal, we are looking for an experienced Visual Merchandiser to contribute to the expansion of L’Oréal’s Professional Products Division within the selective retail channel. We are seeking someone who can start as soon as possible. 

The role 

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will plan and execute the visual merchandising strategy for professional brands in department stores and beauty retailers across the Nordics, ensuring strong brand visibility and consumer engagement. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Design & implementation: Adapt global concepts to local stores and develop displays, Point-of-sales materials and campaign setups.  

• Store execution & maintenance: Ensure high in-store standards through agency management, store visits and ongoing upkeep.  

• Commercial collaboration: Work with Key Account Management team to create solutions that drive both brand impact and sales.  

• End-to-end Project Coordination: Lead projects from concept to installation, including suppliers, logistics and roll-out.  

• Processes Creation & compliance: Develop and improve workflows while ensuring adherence to internal and external standards.  

• Budget management: Own and manage budgets, including tracking, forecasting and ensuring cost efficiency.

• Demonstrated experience in a Visual Merchandising role, within retail - prior experience with Nordic retailers is a bonus. 

• Proven ability to design and implement processes, with strong project management skills. 

• Experience with budget management and coordinating with suppliers/vendors. 

• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing and commercial teams. 

• Business fluency in English. A Nordic language is a bonus.

• Duration: 6–9 months (possibility of extension)
