On behalf of Unisport, we are looking for a passionate team player who wants to help take the customer experience to the next level!

Since 2012, Unisport has launched webshops in Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, Finland, France, Germany, Austria, Poland and Italy, as well as their international webshop, Unisportstore.com.

In addition to their flagship store in Copenhagen, they have opened physical stores in Paris, Oslo, Stockholm and Munich – with even more exciting things on the way. You will become part of a company with global ambitions and strong local roots.

About the role

You will become a key part of their Country Teams, acting as a link between customers and Unisport and helping to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

This is a full-time position, where you will work alongside your colleagues to handle customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat. They work as one united team – just like on the pitch – and you can look forward to an informal and energetic workday filled with responsibility, collaboration and a great team spirit.

Are you the one we're looking for?

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role with customer contact, responsibility and plenty of energy. You do not need many years of experience – what matters most is your attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.

• You speak fluent Norwegian and English. Another Nordic language is a definite plus.
• Experience in customer service is preferred but not required. As long as you have the right profile and motivation.
• You are energetic and approachable and enjoy contributing positively to the team.
• You are passionate about great customer service and good at listening to customers and understanding their needs.
• You do not need to be a football fanatic. What matters is that you are curious and eager to learn – we will make sure you get the product knowledge you need.
• You are structured, responsible and enjoy being part of a team.

Practical information

• Start date: As soon as possible
• Working hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Location: Sydhavn – but from 1 November, the team will move to a new and exciting location in Ørestad
