We are hiring part-time truck drivers with Class C license for Gardermoen!

Do you live near Gardermoen and are looking for new challenges as a truck driver? And perhaps even in the aviation industry? We are currently hiring truck drivers for immediate start!

We are currently recruiting truck drivers with a Class C license on behalf of our client. Our client is a world-leading catering company specializing in food service for the aviation industry. As an employee of our client, you will help ensure that dozens of flights receive their correct deliveries every single day.

Your main responsibilities will include:
•Loading and unloading carts and containers with food destined for aircraft.
•Ensuring the correct number of carts and containers are delivered to the right flight at the right time.
•Transporting carts and containers onto aircraft using a high loader (you should therefore be comfortable with working at heights).

We are looking for part-time drivers, and you will be working approximately 2 days per week (more hours may be required during the training period). Workdays will vary depending on flight schedules and may include daytime, evening, night, and weekend shifts. It is therefore important that you are flexible. Each shift will be approximately 7.5 hours. You will be employed by StudentConsulting and assigned to our client. The position starts as soon as we find the right candidate and will last until the end of September.

It is a great advantage if you already have an approved background check from the Civil Aviation Authority. If not, one will need to be applied for.

We are looking for:

You hold a Class C driver’s license and have the following qualifications:
•Experience as a truck driver.
•Having your own car is a strong advantage due to early and late shifts.
•Good communication skills in a Scandinavian language and English.
•There is a requirement for a clean police clearance certification and you must undergo a background check to be cleared by the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority (Luftfartstilsynet). The background check is not carried out without the consent of the applicant.

For this position, a driver (Code 95) and a driver card is not required for this assignment.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and safety-conscious, with an eye for quality. You are open, honest, and contribute positively to the working environment and its development. At the same time, you are a reliable truck driver and in good physical condition.
