Student Assistant wanted for the position of Compliance Officer at Queue-it

We are currently looking for a student for a position as a compliance officer at Queue-it in Copenhagen. You will become part of a scale-up and innovative company that is a leader in developing virtual waiting rooms to handle increases in traffic on websites and apps. The virtual queue option enables companies to ensure a seamless experience for their customers. Queue-it has an international atmosphere with employees from more than 40 different countries.

About the position:
The position offers you the opportunity to gain valuable experience within IT security and compliance. You will be responsible for responding to security and compliance requests from potential customers.

Your primary tasks will include:
- Handling and evaluating security- and compliance requests from customers.
- Developing internal policies and processes.
- Assisting in the implementation of ISO27001.

You will have independent responsibility for driving the processes and ensuring that deadlines are met. You will be part of a small security department consisting of a Cloud Security Architect and CTO, who will ensure that you receive a thorough introduction to the tasks and also be your closest managers and sparring partners.

We are looking for you, who are a student at minimum 3rd semester of your bachelor's degree – preferably within IT security, legal, or compliance. However, the most important thing is that you can see yourself in the tasks and find the area interesting.

Furthermore, it is important that you:
- Thrive in a start-up culture and are flexible.
- Are independent, responsible, and structured.
- Have initiative and can handle complex cases.
- Speak and write fluent English and are good at formulating yourself.

Practical details:
Start date: As soon as possible.
Working hours: 10-20 hours per week.
Location: Copenhagen V.
Salary: Fixed hourly wage + 9% additional benefits.
