Become a Process Operator at BIBS in Hillerød!

Right now, BIBS is looking for two process operators for the evening team at their department in Hillerød. The job is a Try & Hire position, where you will be employed on a three month contract with the possibility of a permanent contract afterwards.

As a process operator you will be a part of the printing team where you will be responsible for handling pad printing for BIBS' products, including pacifiers, pacifier holders, lunchboxes, and more. In summation, your key responsibilities will include:

- Operating printing machines for processing orders
- Selecting appropriate designs for the products
- Operating the machines to ensure correct printing on products
- Mixing and handling colors for printing
- Inspecting and quality-assuring the prints on products

Therefore it is essential that in this role, you are able to identify the correct design for the product and determine which colors to mix and handle. Additionally, quality assurance is needed to ensure that the print is accurate and visually appealing.

The working hours are from 3 PM to 11 PM from Monday-Friday, so it is crucial that you are comfortable with working in the evening time.

Additionally, we are looking for the following:
- You are motivated for the position
- You can understand and communicate in English
- It’s a plus if you have experience operating machines or mixing paint/chemicals
- Experience with working in production or in a warehouse is advantageous
