We are excited to offer a maternity cover position as a Key Account Relationship Specialist for L'Oréal in Copenhagen. The role is a temporary position through StudentConsulting until the end of March 2027.

About the role:
As a Key Account Relationship Specialist, your primary task will be to manage the entire order-to-cash process for assigned customers. You will coordinate all activities from order collection to invoicing and ensure smooth communication both externally and internally, while meeting the specific needs of the customers.

Your primary responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for communication with your assigned customers
  • Proactive management of customer relationships
  • Order processing and invoicing
  • Handling of claims and credit notes
  • Internal and external communication regarding customer-specific issues
  • Customer-specific reporting and other related tasks
  • Establish structured collaboration with logistics, sales, and other internal stakeholders

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has the ability to plan and prioritize work effectively, meet deadlines, and maintain high service standards
  • Understands supply chain processes, especially the order-to-cash flow
  • Has experience working proactively, with a results-oriented mindset and initiative
  • Possesses strong communication skills
  • Has solid IT understanding – experience with SAP is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Speaks English fluently; knowledge of other Nordic languages is an advantage but not required

Practical information:

  • Start date: As soon as possible or latest 18th of May
  • Full-time: 37 hours per week
  • Location: Copenhagen
  • Salary: Fixed base salary + pension + flexible employee benefits
