Night Shift Terminal Workers Wanted in Greve

At the terminal, parcels are handled, sorted, and prepared for further distribution. You will become part of a team of approximately 20 employees who work together to keep operations running smoothly throughout the night.

The workplace is characterised by a busy environment, structured routines, and colleagues with different backgrounds and levels of experience. Teamwork and reliability are essential to ensuring that parcels reach their destinations on time.

Your main responsibilities

Your tasks will primarily include:

• Unloading pallets and placing parcels on conveyor belts
• Scanning parcels at the sorting line
• Sorting parcels into the correct cages based on assigned numbers
• Keeping the sorting area organised and ensuring a steady workflow

The job involves standing for most of the shift, frequent movement, and repeated lifting of parcels, some of which can be heavy. You should therefore be comfortable with physically demanding work.

You have a positive attitude, take responsibility for your work, and can maintain a consistent pace throughout the night. You are comfortable with repetitive tasks and follow established procedures carefully. When operations slow down, you take initiative and help with other practical tasks, such as tidying up the work area.

Previous experience in a warehouse, terminal, or another physically demanding role is an advantage, but it is not a requirement. Most importantly, you are dependable, hardworking, and motivated to contribute to the team.

Practical information

The position is temporary, with the possibility of permanent employment depending on your performance and the client’s staffing needs.

Working hours: Monday night to Saturday morning, typically from 11:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

Salary: DKK 190.96 per hour in accordance with the applicable collective agreement, plus night shift supplements.
