Student Assistant Wanted for Facility Services

We are currently looking for a student assistant on behalf of our client - a well-established company located in central Copenhagen. We are seeking someone who can help ensure that the offices remain tidy and welcoming at all times. You will play a key role in the daily operations, contribute to a positive atmosphere for their multicultural teams, and serve as the first point of contact for new colleagues and clients. Therefore, it is important that you speak and write English at a high level.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for preparing for, assisting during, and cleaning up after events, celebrations, and other special occasions.
• You’ll become a familiar face in the organization by handling all office-related purchases and making sure there’s always great coffee available.
• You’ll also coordinate with the team about monthly meetings, board meetings, and quarterly events, where you will, among other tasks, help arrange refreshments.

Qualifications:
• You are currently enrolled in a study program and have at least one year remaining, and a flexible schedule.
• You are structured, detail-oriented, and good at maintaining an overview and setting priorities.
• You bring a positive and inclusive attitude that aligns with a diverse and multicultural work environment.
• You have strong communication skills - including English - and can manage multiple tasks at once.


Practical Information:

• Working hours: Between 8:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday
• You should be available to work 3-4 shifts per week, each lasting 3-4 hours
• Flexibility is essential, especially during events, holiday periods in the team, or other situations where additional support is needed.
• Salary: DKK 160/hour
• Start date: As soon as possible
